I built the brokerage to service clients looking for properties in Central Texas and clients who want to market their Central Texas properties. The intent is to maintain a relatively small client base and to give personal service to those clients.

Education
Bachelors degree in Political Science with minors in Economics and Math – Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma (1963). Graduate work at Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas – 6 hours short of a masters degree in Public Administration, majoring in Personnel (1979).

Experience
38 years with the U S Air Force as a civilian. All phases of personnel administration, from operating level to headquarters level and Hq USAF. Geographically he spent tours in San Antonio, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Chateauroux, France, Kokomo, Indiana, several locations in Vietnam, several locations in Thailand (5 years), Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas. Performed in all disciplines to include systems development of a very large computerized personnel system. This system is now in use in over 90% of the federal government. He developed skills in original thinking during the last 20 years of his career where he worked in environments where no policies had been developed and operations were performed without benefit of guidance.
Since 1995 he has been involved in real estate to include leasing, property management, residential listing, residential sales, commercial listing and sales and farm and ranch listing and sales. Earl is a good listener who places the interests of his clients uppermost in daily priorities.
